Incompetent customer service staff who clearly do not know the first thing about serving customers, with an ‘not my problem' attitude, unwillingness to help or deal with any problems that may arise. Sizing is extremely inconsistent as I am a size 6 Australian so often a size xs, but in tirangl I range from a xs all the way to a medium, before ordering I read their size guide but still had to exchange almost every single price, size guide is useless
I bought a bikini from triangl about 2 weeks ago even though it was a little expensive I was sure it was going to come fast that it was made in Australia... But then I got a call from fedex saying I had to pay a 70$ shipping fee. And after I payed I heard it was made in CHINA! So just saying everything they say about there brand how it's made in Australia... is fake! Plus 200$ for a bathing suit made in China that probably costs 10$ to make isn't reasonable at all!

Ridiculous. Took 5-6 weeks and 4 unanswered emails to have someone answer my return request to provide me with the information to even start the hassle of returning the poorly made bathing suits that totally aren't worth any of this effort I had to put in. Even if they looked decent on, these bathing suits were so itchy and uncomfortable I would never keep them. And then to go through this months(!) long process and then pay $16 in shipping? Most companies do free shipping because they actually care about the customer and when an online purchase doesn't work. Especially as a bathing suit company where online purchases are likely less than more likely to actually work when you try it on. Everything about this was ridiculous, I will never be shopping at Triangl again and will continue to share my experience online and with my peers.
It's clear they made their return policy to trick people into getting stuck with their swimsuits as soon as they make a purchase. You have 14 days to request a return, must GET APPROVED and given a return authorization code, pay to ship it back, and must get it to them 14 days after getting their approval email with the code. From there they inspect your return and decide whether to give you a refund, and you must have filled out a special card with certain information AND KEPT EVERYTHING IN THE ORIGINAL PLASTIC PACKAGING. That's right. There must be no evidence that you tried anything on, so don't rip into the plastic packaging for each piece - delicately open it in case you have to close it back up again and make it look like nothing was opened. If they have deemed your return acceptable, you are refunded the price of the swimsuits but not the $20 flat rate shipping or the $15-20 it cost you to ship it back. If you're unsure if a swimsuit will fit you, ask yourself if it's worth paying the $35-40 you will never get back... or worth the risk of them rejecting your refund and getting not only stuck with everything if it's clear you tried it on but also the extra cost of shipping it to them and them shipping it back to you after rejection.
And there's no guarantee things will fit you right if you have any curves. I measured myself and went by the size guide (I'm 5'6" and usually a size 4-6, size C cup, and a big butt), and it was clear that no matter how much I sized up the bottoms in particular were never going to fit me like they looked on the model. If you think something looks high cut on the model, it will likely rest under your hip bones on a normal body and look very unflattering.
Additionally, the quality is horrible. The two swimsuits I got that appeared sparkly were a very uncomfortable and itchy material. The other swimsuit I got that appeared velvety was flimsy with no lining or pads or anything on the top at all. The swimsuits ship from China, so it's clear they are masquerading as a luxury Australian brand but in reality are a Shein-style sweatshop making cheap products in a completely other country/continent. The only difference is they're charging $80-100 each swimsuit.

The suits stretch out very fast and stain. Definitely not worth the money and the $20 shipping is ridiculous. They even made me pay for it again when i did an exchange. The customer service is just awful. They are beyond slow at replying, have the worst additude and wont refund me. I sent my bikini back over a month ago and i had to tell them it arrived to their adress and they said they would refund me and still haven't. They literally stole my money. Absolutely do not buy from here. Awful.
This company is a scam. Shipping costs 20 dollars, and if you want to exchange or return an item you are responsible for cost of shipping. It took 15 days for me to receive the return code to return my order. Customer service absolutely sucks and the bathing suits are most certainly not worth 100 dollars a set. I tried leaving a bad review on the website and it hasn't showed up.
Customer service is terrible, sizing is off and very possible to be charged $20 to ship and $20 to return or exchange on a $70 bathing suit. Much better companies to shop at —this business model should be driven out of business. DO NOT BUY
I am a size 10D bra and the large bikini top I ordered didnt even cover a nipple! Customer service really unhelpful. Over priced and poor quality. There's a reason they have disabled facebook and google reviews!
Couldn't send my bikini back or exchange it after it didn't fit. No customer service at all. Embarrassing! I want my money back!

I purchased a bunch of suits to try on and unfortunately they were all too small even though I measured. I immediately contact Triangl for a return, I didn't hear back and had to contact them again in multiple different ways. When they finally did provide return instructions, they were unclear and said that I should be receiving an additional e-mail with more information on the return. I never received it. Over the course of a month, I had to e-mail them 15+ times trying to navigate the return process. They finally told me it was too late and my return had "expired" and refused to make an exception. Now I have brand new bikinis that don't fit me and I will never shop at Tringl again!
We were late to exchange a gift for a different size, and they refused to work with us. Even though the package arrived late due to covid and forest fires, they don't care. They refuse to even give a discount to buy a second piece to replace the top that is too small. This company lacks compassion for people.
I love my bikinis. Like love them. Favourite thing to buy, and I have tried many many brands.
THIS IS THE WORST QUALITY IVE EVER PURCHASED!
Worn on two separate occasions, for only a few hours and all the threads are coming out on the tops and bottom. I'm pretty handy, and had to spend a ton of extra money on duties just to receive this bikini, and IVE SEWN IT BACK TOGETHER 2x. The wires come out consistently, even after restricting them back in because the casing is such crap quality that the wire just makes a new hole each time. I'm so wildly disappointed with this product. I was so happy to find a company that makes band sizes and cup sizes separately for proper fit, the product is just $#*!. ABSOLUTE CRAP! DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND! AND SO DAMN EXPENSIVE.
And yes, I do hand wash Gently is special soap and this still happened.
Had the most awful experience with Triangl Bikinis I will never buy them again. On top of $20 shipping (already SO much money), it took them over 3 weeks to get here because the package was held up at US Customs at FedEX for over a week - Triangl was NO help with this and I had to fill out FIVE different forms with FedEX to release the package. Then, when I needed to return the bikinis, Triangl took over a WEEK to give me the return information. But the worst and most insane part of all of this. - I just got a bill for $346.26 FROM FEDEX TO PAY FOR THE SHIPMENT AND CUSTOMS OF THE BIKINIS FROM CHINA! I messaged Triangl and was like is this serious - I would have never bought your bikinis if I knew I would be charged over THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS FROM FEDEX and WHY did you not tell girls in the US THIS BEFORE THEY BUY THEM? And they simply said essentially they had nothing to do with it and they put in their small print when you buy it that you might have to pay taxes to customs. THREE HUNDRED AND FOURTY SIX DOLLARS?
